I can go zero to 60 in 4 seconds, run daily errands without touching the gas engine, fit a family of four with enough room in the trunk for a multi-week road trip, has a better stereo system than my 5.1 home setup, and it’s STUNNING.
I could have sworn there was something attached here that has been removed from my car?

I go to a camp off the coast of Maine every year that has no electricity nor cell phone service, and this year my wife and I are going to need to work from there for 6 days straight. I have a Starlink Mini on the way, but am getting very confused about what combination of solar panel and battery I should be investing in to suit my needs. Will need to be running two MacBooks on zoom for about 6 hours per day, plus the mini.
Will be driving there so no airplane considerations, just looking for a reliable and solid solar + battery setup that will allow me to work without any power/connectivity woes.
Curious who makes the best dials for 16xx reference Rolexes? I’m looking for textured/linen/mosaic and it’s unclear to me if there are any good replicas with those sorts of designs.
Oldest is 6, youngest is 2 years 3 months. They have shared a room since the youngest was 6 months old. No problem.
We’ve just had to transition the younger one to a toddler bed as he can vault himself out of the crib at every the very lowest setting. And now, with his newfound freedom, he will. not. stay. in. his. bed. He can’t get out of his room, but he can turn it upside down, find anything and everything to play with (tonight it’s the trash can and emptying his dresser) and disrupt his sleeping older brother.
“Make the room the crib” they said. Fine, except that means that his brother, his brother’s bed, and his stuffies are all game for nighttime terrorizing.
“Return him to bed every time he gets out” they said. Fine, except now that’s a game. Even when we don’t respond or make eye contact.
“Try putting him down before his brother” they said. Fine, except his brother is a reliable 7:30pm-6:30am sleeper. The younger one has always taken like 45-90 minutes to fall asleep. This was annoying when he was in his crib, impossible now that he’s free range.
What in the name of all that is holy am I supposed to do? Other than cry.
Got too fat for my suits and have a wedding in Greece next week. I need something serviceable off the rack.
Thinking something Spier and Mackay price point/quality as my weight gain is medication-induced and I’m on my way back down to normal, just not in time for this wedding.
My go-tos are Anglo-Italian, Eidos, Ring Jacket etc but I am really trying to spend less than a grand and ideally around $600 as I doubt I’m going to wear this more than once or twice.
I just literally can’t close the buttons on my suits at the moment and only discovered this 5 days before I fly off to Athens.
If I want to buy something in-store in NYC at that price point, am I basically looking at Buck Mason or bust?
