How usual is it for an almost 5 year old to have a "poor" memory?

End of the day, or the next day - will ask "what was your favourite thing today" or "what did we do yesterday" referring to something specific in mind.

even, "what did you have for lunch or dinner at the childminders" gets a puzzled look at they may have eaten 30 mins ago!

Child will then umm and ahhh, somwtimes remembering and often not.

How usual is this?

Minimising long term risk of investments when having multiple accounts in similar investments?

Apologies if the title makes little sense.

Hypothetically, someone has:

- Pension

- S&S ISA

- S&S JISA for their child

- JSIPP for their child

They wanted a long term investment, set and forget. Lot's of times its suggested people go for something like Vanguard Global All Cap Acc for example when one of those is requested.

If someone wanted multiple of the above account types, for whatever reason, and i know theres arguments to using up your own ISA first before doing other types.

If they did want multiple though, how could they still get the investment type they wanted, without the risk of X investment they choose failing and all of the accounts they put it into suffered losses?

I.e, if someone wanted the vanguard fund as above, for 3 different account types they have bur didnt want all their eggs in one basket what to do?
