HELP 😭

I had a return pick-up today and the delivery guy (Delhivery executive) picked up the order, didn't inspect the item and just went away. After 20 mins, I get a message saying my picke-up has been cancelled bec it didn't pass the QC. But if it failed QC, he should have left the product with me, which he didn't.

Now Nykaa has scheduled another pick-up for Thursday but there is NOTHING TO PICK UP as he already has the product!!

I've spent the last 3 hours trying to catch someone on call but no success. I've spoken to incompetent chat assistants, dropped emails and desperately trying to find my colony CCTV footage.

What else can I do? Has anyone faced this situation before?

Delhi Embassy: Visa timeline 🛫

Application submitted: 2nd June

Document request: 3rd June

Physical interview at embassy, passport submitted: 10th June

Received confirmation on CSP for passport pickup: 1st July

Passport pickup with visa: 2nd July

FAQs -

  1. I applied under the Skilled Worker pathway, so my case was fairly straightforward.
  2. I arranged both my blocked account and Provisit Educare health insurance through Expatrio.
  3. I submitted proof of one month's accommodation, booked through Booking.com.
  4. The only additional document requested was a copy of all semester/year marksheets, not just the final degree certificate or final-year marksheet.
  5. At the interview, I was asked questions regarding my current company & role, how much I earn, potential of this role in Germany, why Germany over US or UK, language proficiency and if I know any friends or family who live there already.
  6. I received an email once a decision had been made, and my CSP status was updated at the same time.
  7. A family member picked up my passport - they carried the pink slip, the 'decision made' notification printout, their govt. ID & a photocopy of the same.
