Grabbed this blem from Primary Arms, was told it will no longer be available going forward

Went with Rego Systems rail kit to remove all the pic rail on the handguard. Griffin Dual Lok 556 suppressor, Steiner R1X

I intend to suppress my 15P with Griffin Dual Lok, have Griffin three prong flash hider that does not require timing. Do I still need a shoulder ring? TIA
