I have a Sony XM5 but I planned to buy a Bose Ultra 2 for its sound quality.

A semi gentle old man ordered bacon breakfast on an English muffin. He said "bacan breakfast", and K confirmed with him, "bacon breakfast on English muffin, he said angrily to other coworker " I don't know what he is talking about". I wonder if bacon, needs to be pronounced becan?

I just asked him his name for the order,

he said, "I don't want to give you my name". I said "it's okay, just a name for the order, any name is fine". He responded "no, it's not okay, I won't give you my name".

I don't know why it is really a big deal, just a name for the order?
