Is there a Tottenham player who has had a strong World Cup that you think either massively increases their value and makes a sale more likely or confirms they're exactly what Spurs need to build around?

Could Sandro Tonali be the statement signing of Tottenham's summer?

After adding experience and depth to the squad, Tottenham are now being linked with a move for Sandro Tonali. The Italian international would bring quality, control, and leadership to midfield, but competition for his signature is expected to be fierce.

How did we feel about Sonny’s performance against Czechia today?

Man, what a roller coaster of a match. I’m absolutely buzzing that South Korea pulled off the 2-1 comeback win, but I need to talk about our captain because I have mixed feelings. On one hand, it was classic Sonny selflessness. Even though he didn't score, his gravity on the pitch is insane. Czechia was literally double-teaming him the entire first half, which is the exact reason Lee Kang-in and Hwang In-beom had so much room to breathe and cook for the equalizer. Sonny’s movement and leadership out there just commands so much respect.

But on the other hand, man, you could see the frustration on his face. He had 4 shots and that first-half chance where Souček made that desperate block was agonizing. He looked just a little bit off it clinically, and getting subbed at the 69th minute right after we equalized had to sting. Plus, the guy who came on for him (Oh Hyeon-gyu) literally scored the match-winner 11 minutes later.

Courtney Act doing a Brighton panto somehow feels exactly right for a Celebrity Big Brother winner

Courtney Act has officially been announced for this year’s Brighton Family Panto, playing not one but TWO genies in Aladdin this Christmas. Honestly, this feels like one of those casting choices that was destined to happen eventually. The producer is already calling it the “biggest coup” they’ve pulled off in a decade of Brighton pantos, and you can kind of see why. Courtney has the exact chaotic theatre energy that makes panto work. Also very on-brand that she’s already talking about a “cosy winter romance” with Brighton before rehearsals have even started.
