I am having trouble with reddit on mobile? (Android)

I wasn't logged in for some reason on mobile, so I clicked sign in with Google, which went through, I click the 3 lines and have my favourites and everything, but then my profile icon disappears.

So l close the app and reopen it, then the icon appears, just its greyed out, but it still looks like I'm signed in, but I click the icon and still asks me to log in, even tho I have.

Probably some glitch, pls help if you can.

And I can't switch accounts if I wanted to.

But I had no issues on PC and it works fine on PC.

Almost lost my account now I'm back from a scam. (Urgent Please Read).

I believe someone highjacked my friends Reddit account and told me to friend his discord account, did that then they told me to friend a "reddit mod" there (which I foolishly went along with).

After that, told me to send link of my account so he can overview it, then told me to change email address to an outlook email with my username at the start, did that.

Then told me to delete the email of the email address change from my inbox and bin (thankfully didn't do that).

Then some yapping, then ghosted me.

Searched on my other account, about the person's name "Brian Lee", found similar stories from the past week.

My heart started pumping after realising my worst mistake.

So went back to the email that they told me to delete, and clicked the button saying that I didn't change email.

Change password, logged out of all accounts, then recovered my account then now I'm back.

Commented on both posts I found on my other account, and said said not so nice words about them which I won't mention here.

But successfully got it back, after waiting and wasting 3 hours of my sleep for a response. (Which happened between 1:30 am and 4:10 am (just happened now basically, even tho this is being posted 20 mins after the fact).

Sent them a Ishowspeed laughing emoji and 67 meme (emojis posted below), and said better luck next time to both.

I built a calculator to see if a home fast charger ever pays for itself

I'm looking to get my first EV soon and keep seeing threads recommending to get a 7kw charger installed but I wasn't sure if I'd ever see a benefit over just using a granny charger.

I only do 10-15 miles per day, anyway I built a little calculator that allows you to put in efficiency/unit rates/off peak times etc and compare 3 pin and 7kw to find the break even point (if any!).

For me it wouldn't ever recoup the cost. In future I may get one if we get a second EV, wondering if I'm missing anything or are many of you guys using only a granny charger?

Following the acquisition of Alpina by BMW, Andreas and Florian Bovensiepen—sons of the legendary Burkard Bovensiepen—have re-emerged with an independent luxury venture.

Their debut under the Bovensiepen name is the Bovensiepen Zagato, a radical reimagining of the BMW M4 Competition (specifically the G83 Convertible chassis, chosen to facilitate the lack of a B-pillar).

Collaborating with the iconic Italian house Zagato, the car features an entirely new carbon fibre body.

The design blends Zagato’s signature “double bubble” roof with an elegant silhouette that discards the M4's polarizing large kidney grilles in favour of a bespoke, horizontal stainless steel mesh.

To achieve this look, the team fabricated over 400 custom components, with the carbon body panels alone requiring more than 250 hours of assembly.

Inside, while the layout remains recognizable as a BMW, the level of craftsmanship is significantly elevated.

Each cabin involves 130 hours of hand-stitching using premium Lavalina leather—the same material that became a hallmark of the original Alpina brand.

Mechanically, the S58 3.0-liter straight-six is tuned to deliver 611 PS (603 hp) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque.

Managed by an 8-speed automatic and xDrive AWD, it hits 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.3 seconds with a top speed exceeding 300 km/h (186 mph).

Only 99 units will be produced at the historic Buchloe headquarters. With a starting price of €369,495 in Germany, it costs nearly four times as much as a standard M4.
