I was travelling to New York for three days and that's when I used my Mastercard for the NJ bus that takes you to New York. I've since been out of NJ but last night at 2AM, I saw two fares getting charged on my card (attached picture). Should I dispute it or is it some other issue?

I bought this orchid from Walmart three and a half weeks ago because I thought it looked gorgeous. I'm definitely looking to keep it for as long as it can survive so could I please get some tips on how to make it last.
I had repotted it into a handful of bark chips and clumped potting soil (not loose soil that packs tight in the pot) because I couldn't find a potting mix for orchids in any of the stores around me. I'll order it soon though.
I noticed that the first flower on the stem began shrivelling and eventually fell off. The one adjacent to it has also began shrivelling (as seen in the picture). The roots have also been thin and weird -- not green and rigid as they were when I first bought them. I water the plant twice a week.
What are some tips or recommendations you think I'll need? It's my first plant ever.
Seller is asking for 7,900 CAD which I believe is on the higher end considering the car was in an accident involving the "front center" (+ the high kms as well)
