Are there any equestrians with a vertical helix? If so, I was wondering if it interferes with riding helmet, I'm getting mine done on Friday, tia!

Well for starters, I'm super duper embarrassed with what it's like down there, I have never shaved as its lowkey scary...

But anyways, I'm getting a bikini wax for the first time ever on Tuesday and I'm absolutely petrified and humiliated with if I'm gonna get judged-

The owner of the beauty salon is waxing me and she has waxed my stomach and back before but this just feels extremely vulnerable to me..

Is there anything that could make me feel better about myself and distract me when getting it done, I'm so scared it's gonna hurta lot 🥹

I'm getting a vertical helix in 2 weeks since a hidden helix is my dream piercing but I don't have the anatomy

I have a big event tommorow that I've been looking forward to all year, but knowing my luck I got a sore throat an hour ago.

I looked behind my tonsil and there is what appears to be a tonsil stone but it's quite lodged despite gargling salt water (ew) and its too far to push it out!

I'm worried this could be because of tonsillitis as my throat seems white sore on both sides of my mouth (not just the one with the tonsil)

How do I get rid of this asap overnight????

I'm not sure if this is allowed but I was wondering if there is something anyone needs/wants that's affordable but they can't find anywhere involving equestrians!

I'm a teen who volunteers and rides at a horse riding school, today I was riding, then running around leading a little kid on a horse, then riding again and doing loads of other stuff like brushing, carrying haynets (which are quite heavy) and doing loads of other stuff.

But I just can't cope, I'm having a flare up because I've overworked myself, I'm in agony and to make matters worse, the owner of the riding school is cutting down on other volunteers so I have to do even more work and 'work harder' because us kids don't work hard enough for the free manual labour.

Anyways, my point is, I don't know how I'm going to be able to cope doing harder work when I'm already in agony for a little amount of time, and it's a lot of physical exercise.

So my question is, how do others who suffer with endometriosis manage their flare ups because of exercise? I can't just quit, it's my passion

I'm a young teen with endometriosis however I don't want to make my PowerPoint just about my experience and I'd like quotes from other people suffering about what it feels like to them!

Some ideas so you know what I mean is "feels like barbed wire is squeezing my organs" etc...

Please help me ASAP as my speech is this upcoming week! Everything can be anonymous if you'd like, unless you would want to include your name!

I never thought I'd consider this, but I'm considering removing my precious Buddy (hermann tortoise) I just don't see how I can give him a good life, every time I tell my parents we should get him a big tortoise table, they push the idea away...all he eats is rocket, cucumber, sprout and occasionally his food gets dusted with hibiscus and clover powder but its not enough of a variety.

I can't imagine my future with him and it breaks my heart, I'm only a young teen so it was irresponsible to get him, especially since it was on a whim because we were going to get an axolotl instead.

I feel so guilty because I barely take him out and he barely goes to the vets, only once in 3-4 years, and I never find the motivation to bathe him (he has a big water dish) and I even get annoyed when I have to feed him instead of my parents.

I know it's selfish of me for not wanting to get rid of him...I love him a lot but once again, I can't imagine my future with him...what do I do?

After 4 other types of birth control, I'm starting slynd. I took 1 last night but I'm worried about the symptoms, it said common symptoms are nausea, painful periods, abdominal cramps ect and I'm quite worried about that.

Has anyone faced these symptoms? If not, what was your experience on slynd?
