Is my package being sent back to the sender?

Ordered this gaming handheld from the States to Canada and noticed this weird return to sender message popped up today. It wasn't there when the 2pm "shipment has cleared international customs message" appeared. I think it checked it an hour later and the return to sender wasn't there.
