I’ve been off work for around 3 years now due to my mental health. I’m under the mental health team and they’re helping me get back into some sort of volunteering to build my confidence. Just wondering how people have managed with volunteering? This particular opportunity is working in a hospital making phone calls and sending texts. Any advice welcome!!
Not sure if I’m in the right place but I really need some help.. for the past 24 hours I’ve not received any emails. I use both “mail” on my iPhone which has my outlook email on it, and I also use the outlook app. I have recently figured out that my storage was full, therefore I have spent the last few hours deleting emails and re-syncing my account. I have googled endless questions on what to do, to which everything I’ve read, I’ve done. I’m trying to speak to an actual person that will help me. I have no idea what to do. I’ve deleted my accounts and set them back up, I’ve turned my phone on & off, I’ve deleted countless emails. Every time I refers my email account it’s just the same last email I got over 24 hours ago.. I’m at my wits end😩 someone please help me!
