Hello I am considering buying Rhode island or California (southern CA, not LA). I want to know if it is a good time to buy a home? I see homes coming down, I feel a little bit scared buying one and there’s a market crash?

After reading all the comments on some of these undergrad posts, it has made me feel uneasy about pursuing my masters in BME at Brown. Would I have a good chance at getting a job? I am trying to get into aerospace, I know someone who works at Northrop and they said as long as I can make my resume sound more towards the engineering professions I want to apply to I have a good chance. I do know MATLAB and C++, I was a bio major undergrad and didn’t apply for mechanical engineering for masters, I didn’t think I had a chance. I’m applying to internships now and a lot of people have responded but saying they would keep my file… 😭 it’s not too late to leave the school… I start in Sept.
I have to move across the dang country from California to RI. I took out 54500 because of rent, my classes which aren’t even taken into consideration and the trip, and beyond. They are not allowing me to take out that amount so I can’t pay for the apartment I need, the U-Haul I’m going to need to move me and my partner, and the three classes which I had a scholarship that they already allocated towards my tuition. They only gave me 30k split into two for the year. I won’t be able to move there and or start.

Hello, two years ago I wasn’t able to apply as an officer with a BS in molecular cell biology and physiology so this year I am starting my masters. I am 30, is it over for me as in am I too late to apply, or do I still have time after my masters. My masters is between 1.5 years to 2 years to finish. I will be roughly 32. I want to get into aerospace engineering and I know the space offers that.
I had a temp crown on #18 and then this bump popped up in the back of my tooth. I don’t have a tooth there, that’s where my wisdom tooth was extracted 3 years ago. It is painful but nothing too crazy, and I’m doing salt water rinses. I have no fever and or swelling of my face. Should I be worried?
Hello, I am still trying to figure out the rest of my budget. I am an incoming grad student, I have a scholarship but for one class per semester (either way I’m grateful) and exhausted the fed loans. I am looking at private loans , Sofi and nelnet. I don’t qualify for RISLA. Any other companies that are actually good and do soft checks?
I was diagnosed 3 years ago with POTS and I was sick 2 months ago in May with a horrible infection. Now, my POTS so I think is acting up. I have horrible fatigue. There’s moments where I can’t tell if it’s an adrenaline dump or just anxiety. I cried so much, I feel helpless. I am religious so I just keep praying but to me, I feel like I’m gaslighting myself because everyone keeps telling me it’s anxiety but I myself know something is wrong.

Officially in Providence yet for fall term, I guess I have to enroll. I have a lot of health issues, that I’m trying to get in order here. I have medical in CA, but can I enroll Rhode Island state insurance as secondary? Anyone else in a similar predicament?
Need help, I know to stay away from Sallie Mae. I have two credit unions but they said they can’t give me a huge loan. I don’t think. The loan officer recommended Sofi and then to refinance with them. I have a scholarship, but it’s only 9k per semester. I did take out the unsub loan but I am moving across states. CA -> RI.
Hello, my schnoodle has been laying on top of my feet or next to me or on me. She is healthy, no problems on her health but last time she did this I was pregnant. She doesn’t follow me, I was horribly sick before but I’m getting better. Haha I’m worried, she may know something I don’t.
