Diarrhea and itching

I'm so frustrated, this has been going on for almost 3 years. Diarrhea almost daily or very soft stool that burns, usually very bright yellow, and I have really bad itching in the rectal area. It's so awful and embarassing.

I've been to two specialists and had 2 colonoscopies and both of the doctors have not been helpful. They basically said it was my anxiety so I went on anxiety medication, didn't make a difference. I've done a food diary trying to figure out if something I'm eating is triggering it. I got tested for celiac and it was negative as well.

Has anyone had something similar and figured it out? Or does anyone have any ideas? I'm so embarassed and disgusted I don't know what to do anymore.

How to taper off of Pristiq in Canada (50 is lowest dose)

I've been on Pristiq 50mg for 3 months now and would eventually like to get off of it. I don't feel great on it, mostly numb/emotionally blunted with zero motivation. Anything that was normally fun or made me happy I feel basically nothing and bored and it's making me so sad. I also have had terrible insomnia and restless legs since I started it, even though I'm tired all day I still feel "wired" or restless.

The problem in Canada is that 50mg is the smallest dose, and I was told I cannot split the pills so I have no idea how I could ever taper myself off of it! Has anyone in my position successfully come off of it?

Abdominal compression and shorts for summer

Just got disgnosed with POTS and my doctor told me to look into compression shorts and abdominal compression, but basically just told me to look on Amazon.

I'm not seeing many things specifically targeted for POTS so I'd love to hear what others have bought and found works, especially in the summer heat!

Going from 50mg to 25mg of Pristiq

I've been on 50mg of Pristiq for about 2 months now, maybe it's not enough time but I'm not liking the side effects I'm experiencing. I noticed I have emotional blunting, like I can't really feel excited or really happy. I also noticed I have heart palpitations frequently and my heart races even when I'm doing nothing. The worst part is I feel like I can't sleep well anymore either, I'm kept up by my heart feeling like it's racing or beating too hard, and then I also wake up frequently through the night.

I was hoping if I went down to 25mg maybe the side effects would be less. I saw that some people found 25mg was better for them, so I was wondering is it okay to go right from 50 to 25? I'm worried about having withdrawal symptoms from the drop 😕

How did you get yourself off of zopiclone?

I've been on zopiclone every night for almost 3 months and I want to stop taking it, I'm so upset that my psychiatrist ever put me on it. Long story short I had a horrible 3 months of extreme anxiety and panic attacks and was hospitalized, and they were giving me zopiclone every night and I had no idea it was only to be used short term or just once in a while.

Everytime I've tried to go to sleep without it, I can't fall asleep until almost 5am. Even halfing the pill makes me almost unable to fall asleep. I'm so worried I've formed a dependency and that my body has "forgotten" how to fall asleep. I can't even nap during the day when I try, I just lay there tired but unable to sleep.

I'd love to know how anyone was able to get off of it successfully!!
