অনেক দিন আগে বই টা কিনেছিলাম। পড়া হয়ে ওঠে নি , অন্য বইয়ের ভিড়ে একরকম হারিয়ে গেছিল। দুঃখের সাথেই লিখতে হচ্ছে, শ্রদ্ধেয় এই লেখকের প্রয়াণ ঘটায় আবার বইটার কথা মনে এলো।

What's the time duration alloted for NTPC UG CBT 1? Last time I checked on Google it was 1hour but now showing 90 minutes. Which is the correct time duration of the exam? And if anyone who cleared this exam have any tip with time management please share.

I'm a newbie in this cassette playing thing. So my cassette player is pretty old. But I repaired it months ago. After that didn't play anything for a long time. Then some weeks ago thought of buying some cassettes and ended up buying plenty of it. But the player was performing mid from the beginning. Once I tried to play a really old cassette in it and only the instrument sound could be heard. Then I asked chatgpt what could be the problem. It said to use to ipa for a quick relief. I bought a IPA bottle. And it worked out for real. But then I used it several times when the sound went low. I'm confused whether the cassette is problem or the player. I'm applying the solution on the roller and tape head. But just found out on chatgpt that IPA shouldn't be repeated used on the rubber roller. But I guess I've already overused 😭 what else can give an instant relief other than IPA, please suggest.
I was reading a novel where I came by this cake which was famous once in kolkata like nahoums. I had heard this same cake in an anjan dutta song. heard the song again and realised it was written when the shop was shut forever. crazy how these bits and pieces of literature and culture preserves many small details that no more exists. I've a book the cover of which is torn. the front and back covers I found on the internet. but the spine I'll have to customise somehow. Is there any free website to do that? also what measure should I take before getting the cover to ensure the cover fits perfect for the book. (it's a paperback)

last day cbse results were out, and one of my junior aspiring to get ba econ at ju has not met the eligibility criteria for taking the entrance exam. like her overall percentage is above 80% but maths percentage is not 80%. and this time 90%+ scorers from cbse from all across the country is just 5%. so is there any possibility of ju revising their eligibility criteria for cbse people?
One of my friend from Siliguri whose mother is sitting councillor of the former ruling party is receiving horrific life threats for just their association with the former ruling party. So much so they're unable to get out of their house to get essential for over a day now. I know the former rulers were corrupt but they were not involved in any corruption or illegal thing themselves. They sought for protection at their nearest police but they said it's common in the initial few months. They've lost touch of the local sdo or dm because they're posted elsewhere now. Please suggest any way out so that they feel free to go out atleast. They're Hindus (if that's what saves their life in this situation)
Idk this just came to my mind after coming across this post Like seeing the past performance of Bjp, it went from 3seats to 77 seats in 2021 with just suvendu and dilip Ghosh as it's face who was so badly trolled for his comment on gorur dudhe shona and all. and the margin with which tmc won was just approx 10%. and this time the party has left no stones unturned to make sure their victory. + some good personalities like Swapan dasgupta, Sajal Ghosh have joined them. and I see people being very optimistic about their own preferences'! But what if the partys merges! 🤣🤣🤣 because after all what bjp wants is very simple - akhand bharat, rule all over the country! and tmc if by chance happens to score less, they'll either have to come for coalition or agree for what HM said "ulta latka ke sidha kardenge".. now nitish kumar inspite of doing much better than other CM's of Bihar chose to join hands with NDA..and we all will know how much blood is on our CM's hand ! So we never know RaGa's words might come true.😭 and all our hopes for the long awaited change might go in vain.
