Thought I finally found my eczema trigger—I removed it, my skin improved, but a month later the eczema came back. Has anyone experienced this? Does it mean it wasn’t the real trigger, or can eczema have multiple triggers?

I thought my trigger was dark chocolate as i started getting ecezema after 4 mnths of eating it everyday removing it made me heal my hands but they came back again after a mnth . I dont know how to find my trigger and patch test isnt available from where i am . I really wanna stop getting ecezema as i am a diabetic and i need to check my blood glucose using my fingers a lot .

My hba1c is lower then what my cgm reported by one point is this normal ?

So my last three mnths data from cgm said my gmi (hba1c ) is 7.2 .I always check my cgm and it reads 15~25 lower then my blood glucometer . My lab says my hba1c is 6.3 while i was expecting 7.8 . So is this normal ? All these yrs when my hba1c was 7~8 was infact 9 or 10 ?

I had diabetes for more then a decade and on cgm for past 2 yrs only but I am honestly panicking about the idea of being without a CGM. I’ve become so dependent on the constant readings and hypo alarms that I don’t even know how i was able to function without cgm before .

My biggest fear is thought of severe lows in sleep and not being able to see my glucose level every minute . My carb ratios change everyday and big changes every week . Somedays i need double insulin and suddenly one day half of what i take usually .

For anyone who made switch

How did you stay safe from hypos ?

How were u able to manage hba1c of below 8 ?

How were u able to sleep without worrying ?

How were u able to find carb ratios ?

I have type 1 diabetes and I’m trying to use a CGM, but I’ve been having issues and I’m wondering if it’s related to my skin/immune stuff.I have High IgE (~800) . I think filament is being constantly attacked due to my high ige levels .
