Computer doesn't boot after a few weeks of being off

It's running Debian 13, with a gtx 1050 ti, fx 8320 and 16 gigs ram, it gets stuck on plymouth-quit.service

Edit: i swapped in a radeon hd 6670 as a temporary card, and in about a week i will out in my radeon r9 280 into the machine as my new psu also arrives next week

I decided to just sell the 1050 ti and just get money instead of a picky pile of shit

You know what, the new system isn't that bad

Like yeah, it's more expensive but it wasn't any different than buying last month

Do i have to pay the new 3€ import tax if the thing got shipped before July?

So i have a tricky situation, a parcel arrived today and is available for pickup but i am not home until the 5th of July, so will i have to pay the new 3€ import tax on it or not

The package is from China, aliexpress to be specific

It would suck to spend 3€ tax on it cuz it as a 3.17€ item so like I'd be paying double

Forgot to mention, the country is Finland

Idk if flair is correct but 🤷‍♀️

My screen is broken

So i have an S8 with no screen because it broke but it's asking me to click something on the screen to continue

How would i do that exactly

Edit: i did it by brute forcing the general area of the continue button using my mouse

Ok so tbf that didn't happen, i got a laptop from ewaste and it was liquid damaged (sticky liquid too), motherboard is fried and has a hole burnt on one of the connectors, but it had this absolute gem of an ssd (it had a bunch of goop on the pins), i washed it with soap water, let it dry for 2 days, plugged it in, and it booted into windows somehow

Also got a perfectly good 8gb ddr4 stick from it, and a donor board if i need a 6th gen i5 for some reason

Edit: Solved! I disabled signature verification for drivers and enabled test mode, then installed the driver inf file from the temp folder where it extracted to (i opened device manager, clicked update driver and selected that file)

So i have an older machine (amd a8-7600, 8gb ram, radeon hd6670) and i was trying to install gpu drivers because i just install this gpu cuz before i just had integrated graphics (the gpu was free) and i just can't

I've ran ddu twice, now booted into safe mode but no dice

I'm running windows 11 pro 23h2 (i know it's not officially supportef but i can't go back to windows 10 anymore because of the sheer amount of files already on this one (can't really move them without a lot of jank and waiting days to drag over) and so I'm kinda stuck on 11

This is a temporary machine but i would like to be able to use it (likely only for a few months because i basically have all the parts for a new machine, i just need a few things (psu, cooler, and case) but current I'm short on cash so this machine is what i have for now))

So yeah, what do i do to install drivers cuz that's the error i get every time using the official installer and if i try to install the driver using sdio, it will just show up in device manager as "device driver not installed"
