What coilovers should I get for 2016 nissan maxima sr

I have a 2016 nissan maxima sr, and looking to get some coilovers. I'm not a racer nor will i be going on tracks on this, I plan on regular daily driving with some speeding here and there.

I honestly don't know what the stock suspension kit feels like, since I bought this rebuilt on marketplace and its now at the shop with blown out coilovers the seller had on it.

Should I go for regular suspension kit like KYB struts and shocks?

I wanted to lower the car without breaking the bank so i was considering rev9 coilovers or maybe godpseed coilovers. Will they offer a good quality ride and feel better than stock? I have been seeing alot of mixed reviews

What do you guys think?

Rev9 coilovers vs aftermarket struts/shocks

I need to replace all my current shocks and struts on my 2016 nissan maxima sr.

It's the sports tuned model so I have been trying to find the right ones. Is it better to just buy a set of rev9 coilovers than buying oem or kyb set which will probably be similar costs or more after getting all parts?

Are the rev9 coilovers good?

FCS vs KYB vs Monroe Struts?

Need new front quick struts + rear shocks/struts for my 2016 Nissan Maxima SR (sport suspension) and trying to figure out the best option without overspending.

I’ve heard KYB is the closest to OEM and best for keeping the sporty SR feel, but it’s honestly a bit expensive for me right now.

I was originally looking at cheaper options like Detroit Axle, but got told they can make the car feel too soft/floaty on sport-tuned Maximas.

Now I’m mainly considering:

  • KYB
  • FCS (SR fitment specific)
  • Monroe Quick-Struts
  • Gabriel Ultra

I still want the car to keep that tighter/sportier SR handling feel rather than becoming super soft/comfy.

For people who’ve owned or worked on Maxima SRs:
What would you recommend as the best balance between price and maintaining the sport feel?
