I had this totally soaked cinnamon roll in Cairo, also the quality of the cinnamon was TOP tier, it was in the Kempinski Nile hotel. Would appreciate if anyone could give any advice on the recipe.

I had a gel manicure done and I thought I’d let them grow and fall off cuz I didn’t want to pay again at the salon. Turns out was a bad idea as all of my nails split in half literally , then some of them got infected which I had to put antibiotics on. When I peeled it off part of the surface I’d the nail came off too…. Any suggestions on what to do now??? I never seem to maintain long and strong nails naturally that’s why I was doing gel
