I am leaving school in a few weeks after my exams and I have seen my local morrisons is currently hiring. But the only problem is that I don't turn 16 until July so I put a start date which is after my birthday on the application form but I also had to say I was under 16 on one of the questions will they see this and just reject it straight away or will they give it some consideration.
