Stray kitten scratched me 3 days ago. Should I still get the rabies vaccine?

A stray kitten scratched my hand about 3 days ago. It wasn't a deep wound, and when I got home I washed it and applied raw Dettol overnight. I haven't had any symptoms or problems since then.

I'm thinking of going to the hospital tomorrow, but I'm not sure if I should get the rabies vaccine or if a tetanus shot is enough.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it too late to start the rabies vaccine after 3 days, or should I still get it? Any advice would be appreciated.
