Prathi middle class Vadiki illu anedi dream. But these people are traumatizing the whole environment. Aa 50k tho they can buy good accessories for their house. Recently few months back lb nagar lo bus ekkutuna. I saw them with fat gold chain and iphone( not sure about model but chuste manchi model ee) begging in buses and money ivvani oka college pilladi pakkana khali seat lo kurchoni did all nasty acts.

Deeniki miru aite solution ela istaru. Because neither government nor police evaru proper help ga leru. We are bloody paying taxes. Manam taxes pay cheste ade level lo we will expect security. What is happening!!

I see if any government officials like police officers, govt employees etc when involved in any scandals/scams, they just suspend them or send them on leave. Why not dismiss them completely. What impact they will have on suspension. May be it's like a vacation to them. Same with forced leave. Why not dismiss and place another person in his/her place.

What impact do they have on career if suspended. May be they won't be getting salary(I'm not sure though).

Anyone please enlighten me regarding this.

Currently working in one of the WITCH companies. 7 YOE. I am a react+node js developer. First 3 years support lo unde. It's sort of application support and development. Then next 4 years pure development.

Issue endi ante 90 days np. Anni companies won't let 90 days np people to give interviews. Face mida immediate kavali ani cheptaru. Anyways ninna tcs interview iccha for full stack react+node js.

Frontend motham almost cheppa. Backend satisfactorily cheppa. He rejected. Full stack ante motham Ravali ante kastam kada. Even in offices, either frontend task istaru leda backend. I am front end major dev. So i specified. Front end proper ga cheppi node js 80 percent cheppa. And those are correct. I am sure because I prepared.

He rejected me. How to prepare for full stack interviews. Am i preparing the wrong way. I just answer questions on my development experience. How you guys prepared for full stack interviews.

Any tech guys/girls(developers) looking for a job switch here(experiencd people). How are you people planning for job switch. Inka ds algo chestunnara with system design.?
