My dorsal hump came back, and I am devastated. It seems like it is actually a common complication with a 15% - 20% chance of reoccurrence according to PubMed and other medical journals.
Better to just do the traditional structural rhinoplasty than this new preservation approach that is being hyped up in the field.
Trigger warning mental health crashing
Just needed somewhere to post this and rant freely. I got botched and while I am not suicidal. I just want it all to end. I have no energy to be around people or do anything. I feel like I am somehow either becoming schizophrenic or something.
I am wondering if a psychiatric treatment can be done temporaril until the revision, but I feel like those medications can wreck havoc and be hard to get off of later.
I am just counting down the days until I can do a revision or in the meantime I am looking to see if there’s someone that can do an emergency revision. I am willing to pay up to $80k if there’s someone that can do it properly. Basically all of my life savings that I have saved up so far through my work.
It freaking sucks. I spent so much mental energy waiting for a year to get this surgery. I was so scared and cried so much.
The recovery and just everything is so scary and tough, and it was all for nothing. Just to do it again.

Hi All, listing as pre-purchase because there’s no other flare.
But I am wondering how much I can ask for my Challenger private party. The dealers around me are sky high in pricing, so I don’t want to go based off that.
Unfortunately, it has high mileage because it’s my daily. 88k miles. But one owner, clean title, and no mechanical issues.
Always maintained and has all new brakes and tires. The paint’s clear coat has weathered pretty badly I think since I am by the beach and without cover. So, the sides would ideally need to be repainted.
How much can I realistically ask private party? It’s to fund another purchase, so I am not in a hurry. Planning to join the Hellcat club after this 🙏

The surgery was supposed to be one and done, and I was so excited. It’s so traumatic and not an easy surgery. A very tough recovery. Four hours under anesthesia. Woke up traumatized and crying because I hate procedures. Only to be back in square one again.
I can’t even function. Picture 1 is before the hump regrew. And no it is not swelling. It’s been three months, and it is very hard. It’s confirmed to be bone. It’s so bad it’s almost like a reversed before and after. It’s night and day

I bought these Oxford shirts even though the price seemed too good to be true because the seller had 100% feedback with thousands of sales.
eBay is refusing to refund, so is the seller. I have to go through my bank. The seller has thousands of sales just on this shirt which means he’s scamming hundreds of thousands of dollars at this point. I can’t believe no one has reported this.

Pretty scared, but my Septorhinoplasty is in two hours. Mainly scared about the anesthesia.

I told my parents about it, but no one else because I was afraid of telling people even though I should’ve for support. I would appreciate if anyone here is willing to chat with me especially to check in on me when I come out tomorrow.
