Recently stumbled on a few videos of building lightsaber building with electronic lightsaber cores and putting it in a hollow 3d printed shell, currently working out the plans and preparation. I'm planning to make the hilts of qimir and cal kestis lightsabers for dueling. I want to ask , whether I should use a dueling saber to put in the shell or should I buy a Base Lit cores instead. I also found lighsaber cores , dueling lightsabers and polycarbonate lightsaber blades on temu , are they any good? I know I should have the walls for the print should be 4-5 inch made out of Polycarbonate and pla. Any other tips and steps I should do/ know?
