They've finally caught me!

After 2 years of not paying for the Amazon prime membership they've paused my subscription even though i canceled! And before you say it, no there's no transactions or anything hidden on my Amazon account/bank account. I mean i would've noticed 16.99 gone every month since i only spend what i have to. Got hit with an email saying that there's a problem with payment method and it's just that i have an old card on file that's closed and just never updated it.

Why is the public transportation so bad??

* prepared for downvotes lol

Hello, I'm a young adult that recently moved to Raleigh from Charlotte and I'm starting to realize how behind Raleigh is with a lot of things.. I use public transportation because I like it and i don't really need a car since I constantly move to different cities. However, I can't help but notice how terrible the the buses are!! They're constantly delayed and it's not just like 5-10 minutes late but around 15-20 minutes late. The bus station is extremely tiny and always reeks of urine, the CATS (Charlotte Area Transit System) station is way bigger and open so the smell isn't as bad. Also, there's barely any sidewalks and they need wayyy more bus stops. I just thought i'd ask someone who's actually from here. I will list my pros and cons of both if anyone plans to move to either city. Just don't understand how it's the capital and behind. Question: If you use public transportation what are some things i should know about GORaleigh?

GORaleigh

Pros:

• Fare capping and inexpensive! ✅️

• no advertisements covering the windows.

Cons:

•They don't show the route on the small screen inside the buses so you just have to use Google maps to start your route so that you can track the route and see the stops.

• The bay numbers at the station are hard to see in the station and the TV's that displays them do not work sometimes.

• Bus station can be packed, never sit down unless you have too, it's dirty!

• Bus drivers don't really care if you're standing and waving they will leave you for no reason.

CATS (Charlotte Area Transit System)

Pros:

•A lottttt of bus stops but there is more needed.

• THE LIGHT RAIL, It's expanding!

• Bus drivers care a bit more, they will stop when you are running to the bus stop or depending on the bus driver you can stay on the bus if you missed your bus stop and wait until they go outbound.

• Bus station is bigger but be aware of surroundings as with any bus station, there's also security around and i usually stay close to them if it's night but nothing bad has ever happened to me when I lived there.

Cons: *** UPDATED

• High Fares ❌️ a day pass is $6.00

• No fare capping 🚫

• Only comes every 30 mins some routes are 15-20 mind!

• If you have a poor vision the windows are covered in the advertisements most of the time. It was hard for me to see at night and I wear glasses.

I think my account is so old that the account recovery no longer works ?

So I've had an roblox account since I was 10 (2011) and I recently downloaded it because my niece wants me to play with her. Luckily the Google password manager had saved my login (idk how) but I had to reset because it hadn't been active in forever. I put in my email to get the code but it hasn't sent it at all. I checked my email to make sure it was the correct one associated with it and it is. Not sure if it's just delayed or just really old. If none the solutions you guys suggest don't work I'll just make a new one lol. It would be cool to see my old account though.

Looking for a higher end budget/affordable phone (U.S customer)

Hello, does anyone have any recommendations for someone looking for a higher end budget phones? or an affordable one that will still get security updates for a few years. I'm not a tech person so im not looking for much, I'd like to exclude Apple too. I currently use a s21 for storage and I had an iPhone XR for 5 years as my main and it has reached it's end. It's also only 64 gb (lol). Please reply with suggestions!

I am currently learning Spanish and Russian on my free time but I have hard time since I have rhotacism. It makes it hard to make the r sound. I can't roll R's in neither language because of it. What did you guys do to correct it? I never went to speech therapy as a kid because it wasn't as noticeable and I didn't talk as much in school. Now that I'm in my mid twenties it's progressed. I also have a tounge tie which kind of interferes.
