After viral infection, joints are crunchy all over.
Is there any way to help improve this or slow this process down? I feel like my joints are going one by one - and very worried

Hi - I 32F Met a guy 41M a few weeks ago- thought we hit it off went on few dates in a week (he initiated all of them) - just dinners/walks etc- and then he has gone on vacation for two weeks where he and I have stayed in touch almost everyday (he would send pictures of his trip etc). Many flirty and some serious messages - all good stuff.
during this time we vaguely said we should do XYZ when he gets back etc but he hasnt yet asked specifically what day I'm free even tho he is getting back to town tomorrow.
Is this a red flag?
Maybe not that interested to pursue further?
Curious (see above question)
I (32F) have just newly started dating a guy 42M who is 2+ years out from divorce (who hasnt dated at all really since his marriage) and so far we are excited about each other and he seems like a decent guy.
But the divorce was a pretty sudden thing for him (no cheating involved) and so I have no doubt on some level, he is still healing from it.
What are the chances that this goes somewhere meaningful/long-term ish
Is there no chance of that happening? Bc I would hate to get invested in someone who ultimately ends up not being emotionally ready. Im tired :(
Do you find that symptoms briefly improve or worsen right after coffee?
Are they really rapid sensations or more so slower frequency? mine are so so fast - worried that I could be developing Parkinson’s disease bc the sensations I think are also external but just not yet perceptible to the naked eye.
I used to have a lot of twitching but less so now

Im 32, no family history, otherwise very healthy
caught a bad case of Shingles a couple of years ago, on my left side and since then, I noticed that my left arm has a very fine tremor. I thought it did actually get better after some time but lately...
since the past 3 weeks, my whole body is having internal vibrations, worse throughout the left side of my body in general but it includes my chest, I literally feel something vibrating inside even when Im trying to just take a breath (my heart rate is regular).
When I keep my mouth closed but teeth are spread apart slightly, my JAW is also having a very fast, invisible tremor that I can feel. My jaw muscles are tense for the past week since this started.
Really not sure where this is coming from.
Even when I am at rest, my jaw is clicking very softly and inside my chest, i feel this fast/vibration.
My limbs feel like they are also vibrating inside.
Does this seem like the onset of Parkinson's or something? I dont have any other symptoms but incredibly worried
Or could this be something like Essential tremor? I have no idea :(
I feel like cognitive/dementia probably has the highest but wondering what else might be similar.
Near me, they are booking out one YEAR for new patients.
Would appreciate input from attendings or fellows please!
Considering applying into this and wondering if the pace of clinic of seeing mostly an older patient pool has ever made clinic feel too slow or monotonous
