Hi. Need advise. I resigned to my company last week and started serving my 90-day notice period as per my labour contract. Then today po may pinapasign silang mutual agreement na ngayon na nga yung last day ko at yung amount ng settlement ko(until today lang din ang calculation) which i did NOT SIGN yet. Kasi biglaan naman sila. And I was actually willing to serve my notice period na 90 days. Ano po yung pwede ko gawin? What if hindi ako pumayag sa agreement na yun? Can they terminate me anytime?

Hi po ask ko po sana ako ng advice. Bibisita kasi yung kapatid ko dito sa uae, may travel authority po siya from government which is 2 months. Hindi po kaya siya questionin sa PH immigration bat ang tagal niya mag stay dito?

Kasi po iniisip po namin baka mas okay pag 30 days nalang.
