I’m sitting here having a pity party because I will be alone this 4th of July.

It’s not because I have nowhere to go, but the heat and foot problems prevent me from going anywhere. I’m invited to a party but I don’t feel comfortable going without my daughter because she would have dropped me off at the door. She has plans with friends to go to a concert. A new friend invited me to a party at her daughter’s home but I know it’s a pity invitation because she knows I will be alone. So two invites and I’m staying home.

If it were not for the oppressive heat and humidity, I would go somewhere alone but along with my foot problems, the unrelenting heat wave has drained me.

Just wondered if anyone else will be alone on the 4th so I can stop feeling sorry for myself!

When CleanEatz changed their minimum order of six to ten meals, my concern was freezer space. I thought they said I could store some of the frozen meals up to five days in the fridge. I could be wrong. If I placed a frozen meal in the fridge on Friday, is it safe to eat on Tuesday?

I have one dinner left and went to place an order for ten more meals. The problem is, I only like two out of variety being offered at this time. I really don’t want to order meals I can’t eat if they are going to change the variety in a week. Does anyone know?

Has anyone had success with CBD and CBG transdermal cream?

After everything else failed ( still going through withdrawal from a prednisolone pak) my podiatrist ordered CBD + CBG transdermal cream with no THS.

It’s coming from a compounding company who sells this product to sports teams and it’s very expensive. At this point I would sell the farm to get relief.

My concern is that I take meds for anxiety. Even though the compounding pharmacist said their compound has zero THS, my daughter who is a director at a substance abuse center, says there are always trace amounts. I don’t want THS to show up on my drug screen and not be able to take the controlled drug i take for anxiety disorder.

This product has a COA ( certificate of analysis) from a third party lab verifying 0.0% TSH.

I’m going to contact my provider for advice because I certainly can’t stop my anxiety meds.

Has anyone had a nerve block for plantar fasciitis or posterior tibial tendonitis and did it help? Has anyone gone to a pain clinic and how did it help?

I can’t use NSAID’S so I’m using a compound with 3% diclofenac and 5% lidocaine. My feet burn like fire and feel swollen. I can feel the heat and my soles are red. I changed to Voltaren gel last night and again, my feet burned like fire. My podiatrists want me to go to a neurologist to rule out neuropathy but I have a feeling I’m having a reaction to the topicals.

The older I get, the younger my doctors. I recently had two major surgeries and both surgeons were in their early 30’s. At first I was leery because my surgeries were complicated. Both surgeons were confident to the point of assuring me they knew what they were doing and always having favorable outcomes. It’s amazing what they can do with robotic surgery which most older surgeons wouldn’t even attempt. If these young surgeons are hired by major hospital systems, you know they are the cream of the crop. I’m so grateful to have had two successful surgeries along with a little help from God.

Not being able to take NSAID’s and failed cortisone injections, I’m considering either going to a chiropractor or acupuncturist. Has anyone had success for plantar fasciitis with either of these practices?

I cannot wear any type of arch support in my shoes and insoles due to plantar fasciitis and fibromas.

Flat insoles are nearly non-existent except for gel filled, air filled or memory foam. I’m just looking for a firmer, flat insole either 1/8” or 1/4”.

Any advice?

I’ve suffered from plantar fasciitis and fibromas for many years. The pain comes and goes and presently the pain is excruciating.

I Started walking and exacerbated the fasciitis. Went to a board certified podiatric surgeon who injected a dexamethasone shot into the bottom of my foot into the arch where I was experiencing pain.

I had the usual cortisone flare pain but I still can’t bear weight 8 days later.

I now have foot and ankle pain on the opposite foot from overcompensating

My question is have anyone got an injection in the sole of the foot instead injecting from the side of the arch? How long did the pain last?
