In general, in Delta Green most secret organizations and cults don't have a special snazzy logo, that would be against the whole point of being a secret group, duh. Despite that, here's some canon (from Arc Dream sources) logos:

Delta Green - Unofficial, looks quite modern and made by people who identify with the group, so I'd say it fits better The Program. The motto fits Delta Green well: Scientia Mors Est, Knowledge is Death.

Delta Green - A simple green triangle, similar to the ones that would be glued to DG files before the organization went rogue. Considering it appears in the cover of the first game and its simplicity fits better the Cowboys and the Outlaws.

NRO Delta - Majestic-12 doesn't have a logo per se (since they're on paper a collection of separate projects), but the NRO section DELTA has one. A Red Triangle going downwards serves as a nice mirror to Delta Green, "Supra et Ultra" is the actual NRO motto, the globe references one of their disguises - the Air Force Office of Special Investigations - and the Ka-Bar knife is used by the USMC, as their chief Adolph Lepus was one. The world it murderously impales is all of us.

M-EPIC - Looks exactly how it is. The northern boys hide their operations through obscurity, thus their logo looks like any other generic government agency would.

Phenomen-X - exactly the thing you'd have from a low-audience cult classic paranormal investigation show from 1990s cable television.

Haven't found anything related to PISCES, GRU SV8 and neither the cults have their own, officially at least. If you found it, let us know.
