Thoughts on FGD dividend ETF?

What's the best way of avoiding or minimizing US customs duty for goods I purchased in Italy that are mailed to my home in the US?
Regarding VAT refunds, I know sometimes tax refund agents at the airport will request to see your items but if I already shipped it, how do I show them?

piCorePlayer on Pi 5 4gb connected to my DAC via usb
The USB drive is to store audio files. Works pretty well. The DAC is that black box that the Pi 5 is sitting on which sends analog audio to my receiver (not shown).
