Just realized that hindi masyadong prepared ang family namin for college ko, so I'm taking a gap year muna. Is it recommended to work in a BPO here muna para maka save for the meantime since I have 1 year pa naman? Or is the BPO here really as toxic as they say and you recommend another industry to work in.

Hi guys, rainy season lately and very cold so I have been scouting puffer jackets. I found three puffers, 2 are Stussy from Shopee and 1 is TNF from a website that I found on Instagram.
I don't have a link for the other one pero this stussy puffer has 4.9 stars and costs 2.4k while the other one that I found is 1.8k and has 4.8 stars, this one is the TNF puffer that costs 3k but no reviews.
It's my first time buying rep clothes so I'm not sure what to look out for? Would I be satisfied in buying the more expensive one? I'm not really expecting quality since reps lang, siguro just the looks and bonus parin pag may warmth.

What I mean is, we were to create a time availability slip and then they would base it off that. However since it took weeks, an unexpected responsibility appeared. I tried to ask my manager if I am able to adjust my schedule but my manager rejected my request to do so.
I decided to just go AWOL since I can't stand the attitude of the manager too, I am 18 years old and now I'm worried if this might affect my future employments. I know na ang tanga ng ginawa ko pero I don't have the courage to provide a resignation letter to the manager kasi takot ako since alam kong magagalit siya and mas pinili ko kasi yung responsibilities ko so I was planning to just provide the reason if they ever decided to contact me. Am I ruining my future? 🥲

Hello good afternoon, so I have a part time job that I started recently. The thing is, may responsibilities na ako sa bahay kasi pasukan na rin ng mga kapatid ko and ako ang nag aasikaso sa kanila.
The problem is, I tried to ask if I can fix my schedule which my manager keeps denying. Hindi ko naman pwedeng pabayaan sa bahay ang siblings ko since Kinder palang sila and my parents work in a call center so obviously graveyard shift sila.
If I go AWOL and get terminated would it affect my employment? Kasi let's say ano, nag resign ako diba need pa mag work ng 30 days? So if hindi na ako mag re-resign since sa 30 days na yun mapapabayaan ko na rin lang kapatid ko.
Hindi ko na rin kinakaya yung management dito tsaka I'm choosing my responsibilities sa bahay 🥲
