I recently started a new job as a teen librarian! I have been give the opportunity to update the space and decorate as I see fit!
We have a teen corner sign but it is outdated, but I’m struggling what to replace it with.
The space is quite literally a corner, so I was hoping to use the bit of wall space that I have, or have something on top of the bookshelves.
Anyone have any advice?

I am desperately trying to get into paper planners. I’m a librarian and it would be great to write out daily goals, while still looking at a monthly outlook!
My friend has this paper source planner, and I love the strap to keep it closed. I also love how it south the monthly calendar, but then breaks throngs down weekly. There is also a cover page with to do do list, goals, birthdays, etc.
I’d honestly love a different design but with these sorts of components. Are there any other planners you can recommend? TY

I live in the Metro Detroit area, and have been mulling over the idea of joining the Michigan Library Association as a member. I currently work as a part time librarian with two different libraries while I am on my full time job hunt. The competition is very fierce in this area, and I've been actively job searching for 7 months now. At this point I'm trying to get some more experience and great opportunities under my belt.
Is this something that would be useful now? Or should I wait until I have a full time position, and instead focus on attending cheaper exhibits, roundtables and attempting to join committees?
Any help would be appreciated.
I received my birthday gift a little bit early this year, and I am in love! I had gotten the DO over the Petal Braiser a few months ago, but I couldn't get the Petal Braiser out of my mind! My family also doesn't mind giving it to me if it means I can cook something delicious with it lol

So I have recently come to the realization that I have (maybe mild) trichotillomania.
When I was in middle school I pulled out almost all of my eyebrow hairs and then they grew back. My family kinda took it as just over plucking and there was never a conversation about it besides shaming me (not really looking into WHY I did that).
As I got older (in my mid 20s now), I pulled on my eyebrows less, but now have a cycle of completely pulling out all of my eyelashes, growing back and feeling better, then having picking cycles and feeling so humiliated and stupid afterwards. I've noticed that I just touch my face, or pull on my eyebrows/eyelashes without even realizing. While I've been dealing with this for nearly a decade, I never really realized what it was until I was consistently ending up with zero eyelashes.
I have a fidget toy, and recently ordered a fidget ring, and want to try making an active effort to not touch and pull at those hairs.
I've sometimes pulled the hair on my head, but it's a lot more rare, and I've never had large bald spots before. I guess based on everyone's experiences, is this something I can try to manage on my own with fidget toys, and actively trying to not touch those areas, or should I consider speaking with a therapist or specialist?

So I found someone locally who has the enameled cast iron Signature Skillet 10.25 inch skillet and is willing to sell it to me for $150. It is brand new. Is this a good deal? What are your opinions on the skillet? Thank you!

I am looking for a great everyday Le Creuset dish to invest in. After reading through some other threads, and some discounts online, is the round deep dutch oven a great everyday dish? Or is there something else you all prefer more?
I am trying to expand what I cook, but I cook a lot of pastas, salmon, soups, chicken, pork, etc.
I found a petal braiser online for under $200. I just graduated college and I'm getting ready to move out soon, and while I already have some older pots/pans, I thought it could be a great treat to myself.
I've been seeing a lot of posts about how versatile the braiser is, so I thought it could be a great staple in my kitchen.
