Everyone says that trip prizes are calculated from LA to the destination. I have never heard that mentioned on the show (I could have missed it), and I was a contestant and audience member, they never mentioned it any point. It doesn't say anything about it in the contract either.

I am curious, is there any confirmed sources that state that flights are calculated from LA? It makes complete sense but it's odd that it's not said in pregame rules or in the contract.

My same question goes from how do they calculate the hotel and car rental cost? This might be broken down from a winner who won a trip. Does it show?

I went to a taping of Price is Right recently and am going again tomorrow. After watching a few episodes I realize I am simply not great at the game. I believe I have a decent chance of being selected and would like to ask the fans here for advice on strategy. It can be for any aspect of the game.

I am grabbing a few Sync Up trackers tomorrow to add to my account. Am I helping a rep by going in and adding these opposed to ordering online for in store pick up? Do they get credit for in store pick ups?

Last year my(38M) wife(33F)stopped taking her anxiety meds for no good reason besides she forgot to take them. Since then our relationship has been a disaster.

She is constantly creating issues that don't exist. Once she gets upset about something she lays in bed and ignores me and my son. This always happens right before or on holidays, birthdays, vacations or planned family outings. It's starting to become an every weekend thing now.

Every-time she goes into bed I plead with her for an hour plus to come with us. I eventually end up saying mean things out of frustration and then she turns that on me. She usually gets out of her mood a day or two later but by then I am still mad and can't just go back to normal, she never apologizes.

She is prescribed propranolol for when she gets anxious and the minute she takes it she is a different person and it freezes the madness. The problem is she is stubborn and won't take it often.

Examples

On Easter I was running to the store to get my mom something she wanted me to pick up for her. I texted my mom asking if she sent the Venmo or if I am covering it. My wife got mad about this claiming I shouldn't have talked to her about money because she already figured it out with her. Turns out this conversation never happened.

This one thing turned into her not cooking for Easter the next day, refusing to hide eggs or get my sons basket together, being miserable during my sons Easter egg hunt, and not going to the family dinner at my moms.

A more recent example, all week we had discussed doing a yard sale Sat and Sun. We were organizing things but yesterday we decided to not do it on Sat. Today, everything was going great. We made plans to see the new Patrol Movie as a family at 4pm. At six pm she couldn't find the stickers to price stuff for the yard sale. She was so mad that I lost them that she refused to go to the movie and went to bed.

She also claimed we should be prepping for the yard sale tomorrow (Sat), despite us deciding we weren't doing it Sat and her buying the tickets to the movies. It's just illogical stuff like this that feels like intentional sabotage.

We have a family vacation to the other side of the country next week and have begun the IVF process. Despite that she is constantly threatening to divorce me, calling me a terrible husband, insulting me, etc. Her mood changes have become so drastic and illogical.

I am a talker, I want her to open up to me and help her. She will not talk, she will ignore everything I say to try to get her to talk about what is bothering her in that moment. If I can't get her to talk what else can I do?How do you suggest that I break through to her? She literally will not talk about anything.

I have a second interview with ATT next Thursday. I would be working the small and medium business segment. What is the general salary range for this role? We didn't go over that in the first interview and I can't find a good source. How realistic are quotas? Any info is appreciated.

My former employer is looking to enforce a settlement in principle if we can't agree on the language on the confidentiality, and disparagement section. To be clear I have not signed but I did agree to the categories but not the language.

I have a Sarbanes Oxley case at the DOL ALJ. NLRB no investigator assigned. AAA Arbitration with no judge assigned as of yet. The Arbitration agreement doesn't allow SOX and NLRB claims to be mandated by the agreement.

From what I've gathered

The SOX judge can't enforce anything outside of SOX case and can't even enforce the settlement to my knowledge. He can approve one but can't enforce one.

Then NLRB controls NLRB

AAA can't rule on NLRB or SOX

How would they go about enforcing this? Especially seeing as I am a whistleblower and they are trying to enforce language that I never agreed on.

I am settling with my former employer on several various legal matters. Part of the settlement is for non wage compensation for physical harm. They won't budge the 1099 and have been resistant to changes to the wording.

Is the wording below plus my pleadings which directly reference the physical harm enough for this to be considered non wage income?

The Company’s receipt of an IRS Form W-9 completed and executed by you is a condition precedent to this payment. The Company will issue an IRS Form 1099 to you reflecting this payment.

I have three ongoing disputes with my former employer. I have open matters in the ALJ DOL (SOX), AAA, and NLRB. For context, the ALJ we are about 80 percent through discovery and for NLRB it hasn't been assigned an investigator. For the AAA we have yet to select the judge as we agreed in principle prior to doing that.

I confirmed an agreement in principle last week. The terms that we agreed to do not align with what they sent. They also added a complete section that they won't remove.

I am considering withdrawing the AIP for several reasons including the terms. If they try to enforce the AIP how would that look with the three different forums. From my research none of the forums would be able to enforce the agreement on the other. It seems like it would be complex for them to do so. Please correct me if I am wrong. Any help here is appreciated.

Lastly, is it inappropriate to request more money due to the changing terms?
