Can someone actually clarify this basic doubt: whether EPS contribution eligibility is decided based on salary in "salary slip" or EPF wage in "EPF passbook" joining after sep 2014?

In simplest manner, joined workforce after sep 2014.

First salary 48k, but epf contribution 1800 (epf wage 15000).

Most members are struggling to know this basic yet crucial information with credible source

Someone please help me clarify if first job salary is 48000 in salary slip but in EPF passbook wage is 15000. Whether I'm EPS eligible or not?

Please help me, as I might have raised incorrect rectification with current employer and it will be embarassing to ask them to resubmit all paper work again.

Is MBP M5 Pro (48 GB/ 1 TB) a fair replacement to M3 Max (36 GB/ 512 GB) under AppleCare?

A week ago I had submitted my mbp M3 max (14 core CPU/ 30 cores GPU) for a speaker repair but the engineers found some liquid damage too. Although I had been extremely careful with its handling, humidity can be a culprit.

They initially quoted me a fee for repair since I didn't have "Apple Care plus" for a liquid damage coverage but later on contacted me that I'm eligible for a free replacement and gave me a M5 Pro (18 cores - 6 super and 12 performance).

Are the specs fair enough or was I lowballed?

Anyone here have experience with submitting macbooks for repair under warranty?

Recently submitted the macbook for repair and at the end genius told me if there is water damage we will reqoute repair charges. Currently my macbook is fully functional and have issues with speaker which is accepted for repair free of cost. Worried about apple suddenly liquid damage and charging exuberant repair cost.
