i’ve a peugeot 308 2019 1.5 diesel and i’m aware of the recall to do with the cambelt on numerous models. my car has failed the test and it’s confirmed it needs the repair and as of today my car has stopped driving, it’s lost all power.

my local peugeot garage has said it’ll be months before it gets in to be repaired because peugeot have run out of the parts.

im wondering how long it has taken others to get their car repaired for this fault, and if anyone has ever received a courtesy car or anything for the meantime?

i get home from work at 9pm most nights and end up falling asleep by about 10.30, and the days i’m not working i still fall asleep pretty early. my boyfriend plays xbox for multiple hours at nighttime and it’s right at the end of our bed making the room extremely bright. it also means that i lose a sense of intimacy because the place i go to to relax with him is being taken over by a massive telly, in my eyes anyway. i’ve brought this up to him more than once and today he says he’ll move the xbox, but if he does do that then i dont even get to be near him at that time? i work all day and i would make more of a conscious effort to stay up if i felt like he’d want to spend time with me at that time.

does anyone have any better solutions to this? or am i being unreasonable?

i want to buy dmt off a friend who i would believe to be trustworthy but he says that id have to roll it with tobacco but that doesnt sound right at all? any guidance here? TIA

Peugeot 308 2019 1.6 diesel

I have difficulty sometimes getting it into first gear and reverse, like i feel a crunch or something, and sometimes the gearstick just slips out of third although i might just not be putting it in all the way.

sometimes i notice that im putting my foot down and nothing is happening as in im barely gaining any speed, but i need to keep an eye on it as it might just be on hills or something

once or twice i have felt a slight shake kind of, in fifth

could this be my clutch, or something else? TIA
