Using concerta in the morning then taking it again later in evening

Has anyone had this experience, I need it for studying because it wore off, I am planning on studying all night. Has anyone taken it like this?

Jaw clenching on Concerta — does it get better?

I recently started Concerta and so far it seems to be helping, but I’ve noticed that I clench my jaw quite a lot while it’s working. Most of the time I don’t even realize I’m doing it until my jaw starts feeling really tense.
For those who experienced this when starting Concerta, did it eventually get better or go away as your body adjusted to the medication? And did you find anything that actually helped with the clenching?
I’m mainly wondering if this is something that tends to improve with time or if it stayed as long as you were taking Concerta.

Wellbutrin for adhd

I started Wellbutrin about a week ago after my psychiatrist prescribed it for ADHD.
During the first two days I felt a little more energetic, but since then I’ve mostly noticed increased irritability and feeling more emotionally sensitive. So far I haven’t noticed any improvement in my ADHD symptoms.
I know everyone responds differently to medication, and I’m planning to discuss this with my psychiatrist. I’m just curious whether anyone else had a similar experience during the first few weeks. Did these side effects improve with time, or did you end up trying a different treatment?
I’m looking for personal experiences only, not medical advice.

Propali fokus

I can't focus anymore

I’m a Computer Science student at a demanding university, and I can’t make myself study anymore. It’s been getting worse and worse.

I used to study the night before exams and always managed to pull it off because I have a higher-than-average IQ. But now that I’m in my final year, it’s just not possible to learn everything in one night anymore, and I don’t feel the same pressure I used to.

Back then, the pressure and deadlines gave me a huge boost. Now even that doesn’t seem to work. I sit down at my laptop intending to study, but I end up constantly getting distracted, getting up to do random things, coming back, scrolling, pacing around, then trying again and repeating the whole cycle without actually starting.

My focus is awful. I can spend hours trying to make myself begin and somehow get nothing done. The frustrating part is that I genuinely want to succeed and I have ambitions, but I can’t seem to get myself to work.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice?
