28 [F4M] INFJ

Open to online/long distance.

Hi! I figured I’d throw myself into the void and see who’s out there. I’m hoping to meet some genuinely cool people and make a few friends.

I’m introverted and definitely take a little time to warm up, but once I’m comfortable, I can be overwhelmingly talkative. I prefer meaningful conversations, random late night thoughts, and getting to know what makes someone them rather than sticking to endless small talk.

A little about me:

• 28, INFJ, Tennessee girl :)

• I love deep conversations. Politics, psychology, languages, philosophy, science, space, religions, people, why we do the things we do, and all the random rabbit holes that can start with one innocent question.

• I’m a BIG fan of books, reading and writing, bookstores, coffee shops, farmers markets, antique and thrift stores.

• I enjoy gaming, especially cozy/life-sim types.

• I’m into too many creative things and tend to bounce between different interests depending on what I’m is currently obsessed with (right now it’s Legos lol)

• I like being outside, exploring, getting out of the house and traveling, even though my introvert side is also perfectly happy staying home.

• I appreciate people who have a good sense of humor and don’t take themselves too seriously.
I’m much more interested in genuine connection than collecting a giant list of online acquaintances.

• Hoping to find friends who can go from having a deep and meaningful conversation about life to laughing over something completely ridiculous five minutes later.

So if any of this sounds like someone you could be friends with, reach out and say hi! :)

Tell me something you’re currently obsessed with, a random fact you love, or something you could happily talk about forever.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve accidentally become an expert on?

You know those topics you never set out to learn, but one random curiosity turned into hours of reading, videos, and late night rabbit holes?

It could be your career or a long-term hobby, or any oddly specific things you know way too much about for no practical reason.

What’s yours, and what sent you down that path?

Stuck

I want more than anything to let my guard down. I hate that my trust issues have become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I want closeness so badly, but the second someone gets too close, my brain starts searching for reasons to run, question everything, or assume the worst. It’s exhausting. I’m tired of sabotaging great connections that haven’t even given me a real reason to doubt them.
I don’t want to live in survival mode forever. I just want to find peace. So frustrated and constantly kicking myself.

28 INFJ | TN | [F4Friends]

28F. Open to long distance/online. Seeking friendships and connection.

A little about me

• Tennessee girl :)
• INFJ. I can discuss the meaning of life at 2am and then disappear into the woods for a few hours to recharge
• You can usually find me outside somewhere hiking, swimming, exploring. I crave new experiences and have a hard time staying in place for too long. I’m always planning either my next adventure or my next chapter
• Avid reader with a constantly growing TBR pile and absolutely no intention of slowing down
• Creative by nature :) I love writing, making things, and getting lost in random projects (recently I’ve been obsessed with Legos lol)
• Also love gaming, listening to music very loudly, and hanging out with my cat
• Equally happy having a deep conversation or laughing at something completely ridiculous

Looking for people who have interesting interests, opinions, stories, and at least one topic they could accidentally talk about for an hour. Tell me your sun sign too while we’re at it.

Bonus points if:
You stop to look at cool rocks
You’re an ENFP/ENTP
You have a book recommendation
You know something weird and obscure
Explain something you’re passionate about
Tell me a topic you could talk about endlessly without getting bored?

When you meet your person… do you actually “just know”?

I’ve always heard people say that when you meet “your person,” you just know. Like there’s supposed to be this instant clarity, almost like a switch flips and everything feels obvious.

But I’m curious how true that actually is for real people.

Did you feel that immediate “this is it” moment? Or did it grow slowly over time through consistency, trust, and shared experiences?

And for those who did feel it instantly, did it stay consistent, or did that certainty evolve as you got to know them more deeply?

I’m asking because I see so many different perspectives on this, and I wonder if “just knowing” is romanticized… or if it’s genuinely a real experience some people have.

Would love to hear your stories.
