Am I making bad embryos? Or is my body attacking them?

Long post ahead - please read I’m desperate.

My husband (35) and I (34) have been TTC since November of 2024. We have purposely tried to conceive (with tracking, timed intercourse, etc) a total of 6 times, and have gotten pregnant 5 times.

-Nov 2024 (loss at 5w3d) low betas, highest 36

-Feb 2025 (ectopic at 6w1d) treated with methotrexate. Kept my tube.

-July 2025 (loss at 5w0d) low betas, highest 56

-January 2026 (loss at 5w2d) slow/low betas, highest 250

-July 2026 - currently pregnant, probably a chemical - first vvfl at 11/12dpo, still with faint lines at 13/14 DPO. Positive digital. Starting betas tomorrow. This was the only pregnancy where I started progesterone suppositories and injections as well as Lovenox at 3dpo. I also added Pepcid and Claritin.

-After each loss we took time off, whether for a mental break or for additional testing. After taking time off, we’d try, and get pregnant first round. There’s only one month (December 2025) that we tried and did not get pregnant.

-As far as testing goes, I’ve done everything under the sun. I had mild (only 4 CD138+ cells) chronic endometritis treated in November. Verified it was treated with repeat biopsy. Then had my 4th loss 2 months later. HSG/SIS normal. All labs normal except I have above average AMH and AFC for my age (~4, ~28) but otherwise no other labs that would be consistent with PMOS.

-in May 2026 I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy that showed some scar bands inside my uterus that were excised, as well as a small focal area of stage 1 endo. This was our first cycle TTC post surgery.

-husbands SA is normal and DNA fragmentation is “excellent”

-I am compound heterozygous MTHFR (normal homocysteine, folate, B12) but I take Thorne prenatal with methylated folate. Other supplements include vitamin D, coq10, inositol, magnesium, vitamin C, NAC, omega-3s. I also take baby aspirin.

I have an appointment with a Reproductive Immunologist in August. This is going to be expensive but I’ve been on a waitlist for 6 months so I kept the appt.

I’m exhausted friends. What do I do next? Wait for my RI appt? Start the IVF process to do PGT testing? I’m either consecutively making bad embryos for which IVF might help, or my body is attacking them, for which RI might help. Idk. Success stories welcome. I just want one healthy baby and with every loss I just feel that slipping away.

11 or 12 DPO Wondfo indent?

I’m tired of POAS. Indent?? It showed up within the time frame and I think it might have pink dye but my line eyes are so bad I’ve seen faint shadows for the past 2 days. Thought I was out this cycle and taking a road trip for the long weekend and decided to test just in case I had to pack my PIO and lovenox injections. Going to stop for more tests on our roadtrip. 4 previous losses and Idk what to think.

When did you conceive after your lap?

First cycle TTC after my lap on May 19th (stage 1 endo excised). My husband and I have conceived 4 out of 5 cycles TTC but have had 4 consecutive losses. My surgeon cleared us to start trying right away and we waited until I got my period post lap. Started a protocol of lovenox and progesterone at 3dpo. Safe to say I’m out this cycle and I’m throwing myself a pity party. Ready to move on to the next cycle.

How many cycles did it take for you to conceive post lap?

TWW/First time on progesterone

This is my first time doing progesterone suppositories and injections before a positive test and let me tell ya, these cramps at 6 and 7 DPO are WILD. Twinges, cramping, aching, zaps, all the things. Don’t think I was expecting this 🙃 anyone else in a similar boat?

TTC naturally with RPL - Prometrium AND PIO injections?

Hi all! I’ve had 4 consecutive early losses and this is our first cycle TTC after my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy last month. My doctor is having me start lovenox, progesterone suppositories AND PIO injections 4 days after positive OPK. I’ve seen a lot of stories online from others with a similar protocol but usually with IVF transfers. Has anyone else done both suppositories and PIO for natural conception?

BD timing? First cycle TTC after 4th loss

How’s BD timing this cycle? Going to try again tomorrow morning! We BD this AM when I saw my LH hit 0.95 on PreMom! Clearblue also had static smiley and this was my LH rise on Inito mid-day (my morning test showed peak e3g ~600 and LH was just starting to increase). I don’t think I have it in me to try twice in one day 😂

Medrol with natural conception?

Hi everyone! I’ve had 4 early losses, 3 around 5w and 1 ectopic. I’m 1 month post Op from laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, they found silent stage 1 endo and intrauterine scar bands. We’re cleared to TTC again and my doctor is starting me on a kitchen sink protocol that includes baby aspirin, lovenox, progesterone (suppositories and PIO), antihistamines, and steroids. He prescribed a medrol dose pack to start after ovulation. I know it’s sometimes used before an IVF transfer but curious if anyone else has used this for natural conception?

Baby aspirin or lovenox?

Hello ladies! I’ve had 4 consecutive losses in 14 months (3 around 5 weeks and 1 ectopic) and will be TTC again next cycle. I am one week postop from a diagnostic laparoscopy where they found stage 1 silent endometriosis and some scar tissue inside my uterus. My only other diagnosis is compound heterozygous MTHFR.

My doctor is recommending a kitchen sink protocol when we TTC that includes baby aspirin and lovenox (as well as progesterone and antihistamines). Anyone here go on lovenox with the only indications being RPL and/or MTHFR? Wondering if I should just start with baby aspirin? I’m wary because I don’t have any other clotting factors but at this point I’m willing to do whatever it takes to safely carry a full term pregnancy.

Endo staging?

I’m POD 3 after my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. My surgeon found a small area of endometriosis that he described as “the size of a pen tip”. The op note reads “5mm endometriosis in the left cul-de-sac well away from the rectum.” He excised this, as well as some white scar bands that he found inside my uterus. He did not find any endo anywhere else. Overall he seemed very pleased with how everything looked. In my mind, the way he described the endo seemed minimal so I assumed stage 1, however when I looked online I see that 5mm in the cul-de-sac could be consisted with DIE? My doctor didn’t discuss staging with me so I’m going to ask at my postop appt but curious if anyone has better info on staging and what your doctors have told you?

The photos from my surgery make it seem like the spot was 5mm in length, not depth… so maybe that’s where my confusion lies.

I’ve had 4 consecutive losses so this lap was the next step for us to get some answers.

Thanks in advance!

Lap in 10 days for possible silent endo

I’m nervous but trying to remain hopeful that this might give us some answers or a reason for my 4 pregnancy losses. Anyone else have their lap soon?
