I'm in SoCal and ads often are in Spanish and I hit the translate button and I can tell even though I don't speak Spanish that the translation is not very good.

Like today a simple description was translated very poorly. 🙄

I really don't like doing raising Cane's anyway since got a place to order and gotta fill the sodas and all that BS
Then earlier this year I had an order and when I went to pay for it there's bad signal at this location and the GrubHub digital card didn't work so I go to the wallet and accidentally charged it to my card.

Any other company would probably reimburse you no problem but GrubHub's policy is no reimbursement. I still contacted them I had the receipt and everything and they seem to start doing it but then nothing. So no more. If they want to start using a QR code like they were doing at grocery stores then I would do it again.

Anybody had any luck getting support to block a customer?

At Raising Canes the app prompts for the receipt as usual and then it prompts for a code from the receipt for order verification.

There can't be a code and I already uploaded the receipt. You can switch to pic mode of course for the idiotic order verification.

Also, on orders where it makes sense to verify the order, why can't we take a pic of the receipt outside the app and select that from our photo library.

I don't even know where the need for order verification came from. Was wrong order pickup really a problem? Many issues in the iPhone and ESPECIALLY Android app that need to be fixed before adding new features.🙄

Just the worst programmers or software managers. Of course overall mgmt is bad. Ubereats is beating GH these days. I just got first decent offer today after 6+ hours.

I had a pick up recently and when I picked it up I noticed right away that it was a packet of sauce. Before I even get to my car I get a phone phone call from someone claiming to be GrubHub support.

I make sure to complete the pick up and then I start talking to the scammer. I decided to use an African accent and screw with the scammer for a while, pretend not to understand him for as long as I could keep it going.😂😂😂 Finally I said oh this is him and you're a scammer and he immediately hung up. I completed the delivery and then told GrubHub what happened and they need to close that account.

I also told GrubHub that they really need to do something about this issue. I said that they need to identify the customer when they call us like Ubereats does both ways. If I call a customer it tells me that I'm calling the customer (DUH) and if I get a call from the customer it says this is an Ubereats customer call.

That's when the next Congress starts. If Democrats have the numbers in the House and Senate to impeach convict and remove the administration should they do that immediately?

It seems like a lot of Democrats are not talking about doing that. Of course we have to wait until after the midterms, but I'm getting a little annoyed that they're saying things like we don't wanna waste time, he's been impeached before, etc.

If we have the numbers it should be done immediately!

i've noticed a few deliveries recently where in the Uber app it's pointing to the wrong house and it shows the wrong number for that house or building. I had it just happen where it looked like the house was the second house basically on that street and it was actually the third.

The other problem that I've been seeing for a while is that Uber stopped showing which side of the street the house is on. This has been going on longer than the other problem.
