Venezuelan here, since the double earthquake here I had been researching about what an earthquake really is in the whole context. So as I know you guys are well educated in this topic I would love to read what is for you the most fascinating fact about earthquakes.

For me is the fact an earthquake can originate 300/500kmts deep and still be felt in the surface. I would expect the gravity and mass of the earth to push it so hard that it's impossible to move in such a huge force.

And as an additional question, EVERY SINGLE mountain on earth is made by earthquakes pushing the ground below? Or for example volcanos can also create mountains as they did with Hawaii for example?

Hello everyone I am from the central zone of the country and I know nothing about geology but my country have a well know zone where heart quakes are letal and it's the San Sebastian fault I would love if anyone with knowledge could give me some light about what to expect over say fault knowing that the earthquakes from yesterday were in a different fault sending the energy from those earthquakes to the San Sebastián fault maybe? Could we experience a deadly earthquake in the next few days on the north coast? Said "Caracas Earth quake" happens every 60 years in average and we are exactly in that timeline plus the yesterday events.

I have a small server of friends but a friend invited friends of him and they all have that disturbing "joining sound" everytime they join a voice room everyone has to shut up until those disturbing sounds reproduce I was looking into the options but didn't found it.

Any clue so I can disable everyone joining room sound?

Friends and I are working in a mothership, we're pretty casual players since release of the game some moon ago.

Thing is I have 4 connectors in the back of our ship, those are our load/unload platforms the idea is miners, welders and grinders to go there and load/unload w/e they need.

From those connectors I designed a transport system divided in:

Ores

Ingots

Materials

Uranium

The system works pretty neat, you can unload and load everything from those 4 connectors

The problem: there is always a loop where for example: the uranium deposited in the container go back to the sorter and then it pushed It back to the container and that loop keep going and going.

Sometimes the materiales come to the connectors and stay there.

Maybe my logic is failing for the materials to come to the connectors but is that infinity loop a thing? Sorter in push all always look for resources doesn't matter if it's already stores in front of him?

P.s. I did a double sorter one going from the connector to the storage and other one the other way around, the one going to the storage have the pull all enable and the one going to the connector don't so I can storage and pull from the container with any of the connectors

A mí me llaman al menos 1 o 2 veces al mes y hoy me mandaron un Whatsapp de una "empresa" súper X diciendo "💪🏻" y ya...

Normal el spam pero yo noto que ha incrementado bastante, alguna experiencia?
