Searching for the best arthritis over the counter pain medicine!!! I have three bad vertebrae in my neck with a lot of arthritis pain 😢😢😢need help finding a good pain reliever

I have a question…. Can running your fingers through your hair quit often cause split ends/ breakage????

I take very good care of my hair as I’m growing it out long.
It’s almost near my bra strap in the back .
Goal is to my lower back to waist.
But I have a bad habit of running my fingers through it as if to comb it with my fingers when I’m at work mostly .

My thoughts were that if it can cause split ends/ breakage then I’m gonna have to start wearing it up or back in a loose pony most of the time when I’m at work.
