Well I’ve tried all the recommended fixes, silent mode off, I keep the volume low, vary my shutter speeds, even try filling w flash on some podium shots, but the banding is wild w the z8. Choosing to use HFFR isn’t really practical in event work where I’m using flash, no flash, within seconds. Is there anything I’m missing? Thx.
I’ve got some family portraits coming up and I’d love to avoid stands and umbrellas outside. Is anyone familiar w the Profoto 2’ Octa? Do these only attach w the magnetic ring? Is there anything more secure or similar available? I’ll be shooting corded, handheld. Thx!
Is there anything we can do as local community members to keep dogs out of the play enclosure? It’s meant for soccer, kids use it after school and dogs are running free and defecating on the surface. Today a dog was barking pretty violently at a kid who came up to the gate, a young child. Often the bags of excrement are left on top of the soccer goals. There is a no dogs sign as you enter the basketball courts. Is there a city office I could reach out to? Thx.
