Best place to get wood grips professionally done in state?

Looking into a leather holster for slightly deeper concealed with my reflex xl. I have a kydex with a mag carrier on it from muddy river and I love it but it's a bit more than I need on you're average day to day where I'm living. Want a lower profile leather one for side or appendix carry, any recs?

Saw reviews good about muddy river again I might just stick with them

Just had the LGS order me a gp100 5 inch with walnut grips and I'm just so fucking excited. First wheel gun for me, I've already shot a 5 inch gp100 at the range and loved it.

I'll take any and all advice or stories about experience with the gun but this is mostly me being excited for that shit to come in 😁

Recently had a buddy I went to school with reach out and ask to talk about moving to his company, it's a small outfit and he has one helper that isn't working out. I've been doing residential install for over 4 years and I lead a crew at my current job, I wasn't actively looking for a new spot but never say no to seeing what's out there especially if it comes looking for you.

Hes looking for someone he can trust on a job alone and know shit is getting done, and wants to build me up to have my own crew again and then possibly head a bigger department and maybe even take a piece of the business down the road.

I'm comfy where I am, but there isn't really room to grow positions, the main growth is money when you can actually get a raise.

I haven't gotten the offer letter yet so I'm not sure what the money would be but how would y'all feel about this if it came your way?
