Up-to-date advice, tips, or tricks to getting an interview appointment through TTEC?

As I understand it, even once I complete an interview, assuming I get a job offer, training may be weeks or months out from that, and assignments even further out, which is why I want to get the ball rolling as soon as humanly possible.

If anyone has help for me, I'd appreciate it. I have a relatively thick skin and experience with customer service, passed their assessment, all I need is the dang interview.

I've heard to do the following

  • check at midnight (I am)
  • check multiple times a day (I'm currently checking 3 times a day, once in morning, once in afternoon, once at midnight)
  • call them (does this actually accomplish anything?)
  • email them (again, does this actually do anything?)

If you think to comment "don't work here" or something similar, please do not bother unless you have a recommendation of a company that you 1) actually got a job at, 2) is completely WFH/remote, 3) does not require you to be on camera. Just telling me to "not work here" or "run for the hills" etc is extremely unhelpful. If you want to tell people to avoid TTEC you should be ready to provide helpful alternative suggestions instead.

How to prevent the sweet musty smell?

I've had roach colonies for years but I think I've become more sensitive to the smell lately?

They're dubias and I use paper egg cartons and paper towel tubes as their main housing. They're in a big bin with a mesh vent I installed.. it's not humid in my room at all.

I think I can smell them more because usually i leave my windows open day and night, but as it's gotten hotter I've had to close everything and keep my window AC unit on 24/7. This means there's no "fresh air" in here.

Other than picking out the dead ones, making sure I remove all uneaten food, etc, is there literally no way to keep the "sweet" "dirty" "musty" smell out of my room? I have no option but to house them in here. I could swap to another staple feeder, but crickets smell worse and are impossible to breed and are loud, and superworms and mealies aren't healthy long term :( for my animal to eat.

[request] Keizaal Online (Skyrim RP servers) Bad RP / Fail RP stories

I've been enjoying the hell out of Keizaal Online (Skyrim RP) lately, but I won't lie I've also had some really sour Fail RP interactions & just bad faith RP.

I want to hear your Skyrim/Keizaal RP stories.

Question about changing gender marker & moving states

I currently live in CA. I will be moving to TX.

Due to the Executive Order, I cannot change my gender marker within the SSA.

I will be changing my CA drivers license, birth certificate, etc while I'm still in CA.

When I get to TX, and get a TX drivers license, will they be using SSA information, or will they look at my CA DL and give me the 'correct' gender license?

I'm guessing they will not care if my CA DL has the correct gender, and will use the SSA information to give me my new license. So I will end up with 1 license of the correct gender and 1 of the incorrect gender.

Should /r/furryartists continue to allow adoptables & commission ads?

With our subreddit growing a little , I feel that I should set up some long term rules on adverts.

This vote/poll will last 7 days and aid me in making a decision for the rules of the subreddit.

After spending some time observing the subreddit, I'm noticing that it's kind of becoming flooded with lots of ads and there are pros and cons to this.

CONS (to allowing ads)

- I think there are several websites better suited to commission advertising and commission seeking, for one.. Also realized that a lot of people who are users or viewers of the subreddit may be driven away if every single post they look at is an advertisement or someone trying to get money out of them/sell something. Personally when I visit other subreddits I am actively turned off by advertisements and will leave if it's too frequent. So i understand this side of the user base...

PROS (to allowing ads)

- Now I also understand that as an artist, places where you can share your work are valuable. I also recognize that it can be really hard to find places that allow advertising on Reddit, and the traffic that certain for a subreddits get can be useful for artists to gain clientele. if I close off one other avenue for advertisement of commissions it might be inconvenient to artists looking for work.

In the end, I want to get the community's opinion. Do you find it annoying to wade through sales posts and comm ads? Or do you not mind?

I think there is a balance to strike; I am a big fan of the "no ads, but artists should be encouraged to leave a link to their commission info in the post/comments," This would allow users to seek out commissions on their own time after being inspired or impressed by art, instead of users being subjected to a flood of adopts, comm sheets etc. What do y'all think? I take community polls seriously when modding, I try to make popular decisions that will be good for the user experience when possible.

Some dragons UFS. [$5-65]

https://toyhou.se/MaelstromSeawing/characters/folder:4730918

$65 Boct adopt I unfortunately did not connect with like I'd really wanted to.

Then, the following adopts by me, taking any USD offers within this range.

$5-15 Monocot

$5-15 Cobalt

$5-15 Marlin

Accepting USD only, no trades, no art, no other form of currency, just USD via PayPal goods and services. My character usage rights are very flexible, once the character belongs to you, you can do anything you want with it, it's out of my hands, although I'd prefer they *aren't* resold for more than their purchase worth (without added art), as that's just generally the etiquette to follow.
