Good find for $3 at a thrift store?
Pretty odd that this was there amongst the usual garbage that youd find at a thrift store in my experience

This seems to be a repeated issue when I am just trying to pay reasonable amounts for CDs mainly. A CD listed for $30 when the median is $5? What a deal! I know, I know, dont buy the high marked price if I dont like it and just wait for one in my price range. That mentality becomes challenging when waiting years just to buy something that should be 10 bucks. One seller even claimed that Im an awful person that will just resell something and profit off of it if they give it to me "cheap", meanwhile they are charging $35 for a CD worth $11. Do you often run into this issue as well? Curious what causes this as I had been under the notion that the discogs market is more of collectors selling to collectors type of ordeal rather than people charging exorbitant ebay type prices.
Still needing a bunch like the the Lovage album, Dead Cross, and Corpse Flower to name a few, but this is where Im at currently. All have been found in my local record store. How big is your Mike Patton collection?
I have a tabletop decoration that uses two small leds to light it. It originally just came with the option of using two double a batteries however the terminals rusted and disintegrated. I found a 3 volt 1 amp wall adapter that I have soldered to the wires of the leds and the decoration works great now however I am wondering if the amperage is too high and if it will prematurely killed the lights. I have run it for a handful of hours straight without an issue yet but Im still wondering if there will be problems further down the road. Thanks
I have a collection of around 580 CDs that are mostly rock and metal and Ive commonly noticed when shopping for albums that ebay sellers list CDs for more exuberant prices than discogs. Something that may average $10 on discogs will sell for $40 or more on ebay sometimes. It is usually frustrating but makes me wonder what causes this spike exactly. Ebay sellers also tend to often be unwilling to be open to average market offers in my experience. Anyone know what may be the cause of all of this? Interested to hear others opinions.
Went to Epcot the other day to find that a beautiful restaurant has closed and been turned into a special lounge? Not only that but all the stores were closed. Upon going to the app I noticed it said that all 4 of those stores are "temporarily unavailable" It is definitely interesting the app still labels the building as the old restaurants name
Im hopeful that the descriptive nature of these photos would help assure that they arent fake but Im not sure. Would love to know what determining factors there are with old pins. Thanks
My friedrich air conditioner that was installed permanently into the wall about 15 years ago started freezing up last year. After running the air conditioner for a period of time set at a normal temp (usually 75°-80°) in a space that is not too large for the amount of BTUs it puts out, the aluminum fins tend to get frost/ice on them. Ive tried cleaning the air filter, vacuuming the fins and brushing them, blowing them with an air compressor, and using the foaming coil cleaner spray and applying that twice and it is still freezing up a bit. Open to suggestions and any help at all is appreciated thank you
