All Taken on Vivid Preset
A few faves from my first film roll in years.
I took a long break from photography totally from 2013' to late 2025
I've owned this xa2 since 2008 I'm amazed a new battery and it still works like the day I left it in 13 the seals aren't even leaking yet.
Taken from 2 Rolls.
My First film Rolls In YEARS let alone with a 6x6 folder only experience I've had with medium format before is with a Holga way back in 2008
So this camera was a massive learning curve some of the pics are from using sunny 16 rule others I used my mft camera to meter.
I was really worried i'd mess up focus or metering but I think I did pretty well?
I included a double exposure at the end while its a mistake I thought it looked cool :)
Just got a 28mm 2.8 AI-S loving it thus far
A few Snaps From my visit to the Black country living museum Dudley
Shout out to all the Great Volunteers who make the experience all that more enjoyable and immersive.
a few pics from my day at the Black country Museum In Dudley UK Highly recommended :)
Lovely Evening for it :)
A great few hours out today
Me and my Family learnt so much from the knowledgeable volunteers.
For anyone interested and local to the north Nottinghamshire area it's on the for a 2nd day tomorrow (Sunday 5th) Civil War Re-enactment Weekend - Sherwood Forest I'm not affiliated but just if anyone asks if this isn't allowed mods just msg and I'll delete it :)

My Brother is in a 7 Piece ska band doing weekend gigs.
He asked me along to do some pics.
The Band are happy with them and will use them in promo stuff online I gave them 102 in the end.
This type of photography is way out my usual comfort zone of landscape and urbex.
These are the ones I thought were best from a photography standpoint I'm sure I'll be doing more in the future so wouldn't mind some tips from other photographers that have covered small bands
The good thing is I had free roam of the stage as I was worried the 50mm 1.4 on my d700 wouldn't have the reach if I couldn't get in the action.
