Hungry on Reta, should I stack Tirzerpatide?

When I started Reta it was a dream, great appetite suppression and I did not crave anything unhealthy and I dropped weight and gained muscle. At 2mg I now woke up super hungry one day and have been super hungry ever since.

I have a trip in December so I want to cut a bit for it, I'm thinking of adding tirz. How low should I start, should I take both on the same day?

Anyone who has done this and can tell me their experience?

TIA

Upped to 1.5mg and heart rate raised a lot. Should I go back down to 1mg?

Heart rate went up and lost 1 lb which was great but my heart rate made me feel a little anxious because it was higher even at night. First 3 days were noticeable and then it went down a bit.

Can I stop dosing for a 12 day vacation?

I will go on a trip were I'll want to drink and I've heard drinking on Reta is not good. Should I stop for those days and pin again when I come back?

Going from 1mg to 1.5mg on week 3 of rest? What do you think?

Im getting advise to up it to 1.5 do you think its a good idea on week 3? I haven't had any side effects only week one and headache but started drinking more water and it stopped. I haven't lost weight but I also started creatine and lifting heavier so my muscles are a bit bigger and waist looks tighter, my face is also really lean right now it's looking good.
