I (28M) was just looking at some unrelated ultrasounds I got done today and noticed I could see older x-rays. I looked at this one from 2022 and noticed a weird curve in my spine, and lo and behold in the attached report it said “Stable mild thoracic dextroscoliotic curvature.”
Nobody has ever told me about this before, so I was pretty surprised.
What should I know about scoliosis of this level? Should I be at all concerned? Would this cause any back/shoulder/sternum pain? Are there things I should take care to do or avoid doing?

Hello, I’ll be visiting New Delhi soon and am trying to figure out a few details. I’m looking for some recommendations on places to spend a couple of nights. I’m looking for something that isn’t super expensive. I don’t need luxury, just clean and in a safe area.
My main concern is getting to/from the airport late at night. I’ll fly into New Delhi at 10:30pm and I depart at 11:55pm. I’ve seen people say Uber or Ola, but I was wondering if those are the best options for a visible foreigner with only the most basic of basic Hindi. Maybe I book a ride off getyourguide or something? What would be the best thing for me to do?
