Ah it started before I kicked out my ex (husband) out of the house. I failed a few times until it became second nature to just make one if I feel like it. Now I even share it with him when we co parent lmao. Also room temperature eggs makes my flan more silky while cold eggs make those bubbles so I’ve noticed.

Forgot it for about 10 days, looks like the forest in wintertime.

I did add some cream cheese because I’m a sucker for cheesecake but the original flan recipe doesn’t need it. I was so proud of this baby 😭🫰🏻
