I have OCD/Scrupulosity and I'm a secular aspirant in the Carmelite order. We have a prayer rule that we every day try to do 30 minutes of mental prayer, morning and evening prayer in the LOTH, and a Marian devotion (Usually the rosary). My therapist suggested I limit my prayer time per day
this is due to overdoing it in terms of the amount of prayer and not having enough time to complete my necessary therapy exercises and what not. To cut back, I'm going to stop praying the rosary and substitute in a shorter Marian devotion of some kind. Do you have any recommendations? I really only am used to doing the rosary. Help please!

Sleep is horrible. I cannot get comfortable for the life of me whether it's on a couch, recliner, bed, etc. Doesn't matter. What helps you?

Was recently diagnosed with HSD after years of problems and now am having symptoms of TOS
Does anybody else have experience with this? It seems like maybe my extremely tight upper back might be contributing to TOS or something. I am in excruciating pain in my shoulder, upper back, and down my arm pretty consistently. What helps? I am hoping to go to the doctor today to see if they can do anything...
