My favorite theory is that they were secretly training with King Kai and/or the Supreme Kais to prepare for new threats. Of course, the writers would never actually allow that to happen, so where do you think they actually were during those events?
It would be interesting to include Jack Marston (from Red Dead Redemption) as an Easter egg in an event—perhaps where he publishes a book or a series under a pseudonym or his real name regarding the Wild West or the First and Second Weltkrieg—or to have him added as a military advisor, a general, or a leader in the Southwest. Just for fun.

On the Kaiserreich Wiki, it is mentioned:: "Richthofen is still suffering of headaches from his head wound in July 1917. Despite the rumours of an affair with successful female pilot Amelia Earhart, nobody knows him to have had any relationship, wedding or child. A personal friend of the Kaiser, he used to make exhibition flights, for official ceremonies, parades or even inaugurations. Some analysts are even seeing him as a possible Reichskanzler due to his popularity, but his fragile health and friendly relationship to his former colleague and right-wing politician Hermann Göring is seen critically." But in the actual game, are there any foundations or references to a relationship or connection between the two pilots?
